Training
We have an established training center at Chennai where all the selected guards are given Basic Training. We provide complete indoor and outdoor Training for security personnel as per PSARA Private Security act 2005 Training Syllabus.
Training forms the core strength of the security industry and specifically of CDSS where the training & acquired skills of as security personnel would be the sole determining factor in the time of need of our client. Our personnel are rigorously trained with respect to Guarding, Escorting, Disaster management, defensive driving, unarmed combat, firefighting, first aid, Maintenance of security Related records and host other disciplines.
We believe that proper training at various stages can bring a quality output from the guard and enhance the performance of the security thus fulfilling the purpose of his deployment and satisfying the client. Apart from our extensive basic training we also give them specialized training on operational activities of the different sites to meet the requirement of the client. And monthly twice we conduct on job training & Refresh Training Programme to security guards in all sites where they deployed. Since training is continuous process we will be preparing training schedule in consultation with the clients and will be imparting training to our personnel onsite itself.
Operations
All our Branch have got a dedicated and well trained operation team controlled by a general Manger, Operation and supported by other Regional managers. And field Officers. The operation team will be available 24/7. They will Be visit to the site they will go around all the post/ premises and ensure that all the personnel are doing their duties effectively and report all the observation to the client and our management.
All the client location comes under the direct supervision of our senior management staff thus ensuring a quality output always. Our senior management staff will also conduct review meeting with the client on regular basis to appraise performance of our team and decided if any additional measure is required to enhance the security systems in the site. As a proactive approach our senior management staff will be conducting security and safety audits regularly on site and give our suggestions/Recommendations to the clients to further improve the quality of deliverables.
